💼 About This Role

You'll join Parallel Wireless to lead 5G NR testing for innovative Open RAN solutions. You'll create and execute comprehensive test plans based on 3GPP and ORAN standards, and debug complex system issues using test tools and logs to ensure network performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop test plans for 5G NR features per 3GPP/ORAN standards.
• Execute test cases and validate results against expectations.
• Debug system and test tool logs to identify root causes.
• Recreate customer issues in lab and replicate configurations.

📋 Requirements

• 5-12 years experience in RAN testing with 5G/4G protocols.
• Hands-on experience with wireless test tools (QXDM, TM500, etc.).
• Knowledge of message flows and parameters for 5G NR procedures.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Tcl.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automation and scripting in QA processes.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment and configuration.
