💼 About This Role

You'll join a rapidly scaling insurance solutions group within a tech company. You'll generate new revenue, architect complex commercial production risks, and participate in placement negotiations, benefiting from a warm pipeline of leads from Wrapbook's platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive new revenue using warm platform leads and personal network
• Own architecture, strategy, and negotiation of complex submissions
• Lead high-complexity underwriting conversations with carrier partners
• Partner with Payroll Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance
• Property and Casualty license required
• Deep command of commercial coverages and complex risk structures
• Ability to independently architect and negotiate complex submissions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a tech-enabled brokerage, MGA, or carrier
• Established network within commercial carriers and wholesale markets
• High proficiency with Salesforce or similar systems
