💼 About This Role

You'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism as part of a supportive clinic team. You'll collect data on patient progress and build therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers. This role offers guaranteed hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior using an iPad.
• Build rapport and establish positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review and update behavior plans.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field required
• Enrolled in or completed a Master's program in an approved discipline
• Available Monday-Friday from 7:45am to 4:30pm
• Experience and passion for working with children

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as an RBT
• Prior roles: childcare, teacher assistant, camp counselor, mental health technician
• Degree in Psychology
