You'll lead a sales team to scale the agency's client base and drive new business for B2B technology and services clients. Your core impact is optimizing the sales funnel from lead to close while managing enterprise deals. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies with the Head of Growth and service leaders.
- Drive mid-market and enterprise prospects through the full sales funnel.
- Create strategic business partnership proposals and manage contract processes.
- Track pipeline and analyze metrics like deal velocity and win rates.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing communications sales experience, preferably in technology or B2B.
- 3-5 years of experience managing sales representatives.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and articulate full-range of marketing services to prospective clients.
✨ Nice to Have
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing technology tools.
