You'll serve as an operations manager for a patient service center, overseeing phlebotomy services and ensuring specimen integrity. You'll manage vendors, handle escalations, and maintain quality control to support Natera's genetic testing program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify test requisitions and resolve discrepancies
• Obtain blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks
• Track and document collected specimens in Natera system
• Manage patient service center vendors and equipment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Managing or supervising phlebotomy operations experience
• Phlebotomy Certification where required by state
