Description

You will lead scheduled exercise classes at a senior living community in Limerick, PA to help residents develop and maintain positive fitness levels. You'll be an integral part of a continuum of care, with flexibility in scheduling and support from a values-driven team.

Requirements

• Certification as Fitness Instructor from ACSM, NSCA, ACE, IDEA, or SFA
• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience as Fitness Specialist, preferably in senior services

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled group exercise classes for residents of Senior Living Communities
• Develop fitness classes for flexibility, cardio, strength/power, balancing, and standing exercises
