🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire and motivate field staff to provide exceptional care.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Assign clinicians to clients based on needs.
• Coordinate client care and act as advocate.

📋 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• 2+ years RN experience in Home Health.
• 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience.
