You'll lead complex enterprise sales cycles for Ushur's Customer Experience Automation platform in the Financial Services and Insurance verticals. Your core impact will be diagnosing root business problems, building executive trust, and defending value through procurement without discounting. This role offers the chance to operate as a business outcomes advisor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles by diagnosing root business problems
- Engage CIOs and COOs as a peer-level advisor
- Build and execute strategic account plans grounded in customer economics
- Defend value through procurement and legal negotiations
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Track record of closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Deep business acumen with fluency in ROI and payback periods
- Mastery of consultative discovery
