Description

You will join a small team supporting complex PCBA rework and harness repairs for Starlink production, while collaborating with engineering on new product development. Your work will involve soldering, conformal coating, and electromechanical assembly to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years of electrical/PCBA rework/repair experience
• IPC/JSTD certification preferred
• Ability to read layout drawings, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP software

Responsibilities

• Solder and de-solder through-hole and SMT components
• Support conformal coat, masking, epoxy application, and coating
• Mechanical/electrical assembly of PCB assemblies into product chassis
• Read and work from drawings and controlled documentation
• Self-monitor work progress and achieve on-time delivery
