You'll design and optimize manufacturing processes for a leading fusion energy company to reduce costs and improve quality. You'll collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for cost and efficiency
• Develop process documentation including work instructions and SOPs
• Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability of new products
• Lead design and procurement of tools, fixtures, and equipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in manufacturing or production engineering role
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing ERP systems

• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC)
• Knowledge of failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA)
