Description

As a Senior/Staff Embedded Software Engineer, you will architect and develop core system software running on Intel and NVIDIA Jetson platforms, including deployment, telemetry, DDS configuration, and OS-level integration. Your work will define the reliability and performance of our entire robotics software stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of production software experience on Linux
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ and Python
• Experience with large-scale systems and tooling
• Commitment to testability and maintainability

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of core robotics platform software
• Perform performance analysis and debugging across Linux systems
• Develop software for deployment, telemetry, DDS, and OS/hypervisor integration
• Contribute to technical roadmap and mentor engineers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce software quality standards
