Requirements

• Proven leadership in mentoring and guiding engineers
• First-principles problem-solving and clarity in communication
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Databricks
• Background in building and scaling platform with API integrations (bonus)
• Strong blend of hands-on development and people leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage 300+ destination integrations and prioritize requests
• Improve sync speed via parallelism, batching, rate-limit detection, and algorithmic optimizations
• Leverage AI advances to enhance developer productivity and shipping speed
• Lead and mentor the engineering team, setting high technical standards
• Work directly with customers and integration partners on new use cases
