• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure luxury hygiene standards.
• Lead, train, and coordinate the housekeeping team.
• Communicate room status and special requests with front desk and maintenance.
• Anticipate guest preferences and manage feedback constructively.
• Manage inventory efficiently for financial and environmental sustainability.

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of high hygiene and aesthetic standards.
• Communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Flexibility to cover evening shifts and act as manager when needed.
