You'll support the Vice President of Events in planning and executing onsite, offsite, and virtual events. You'll coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and track budgets for high-profile entertainment events. This role offers exposure to top talent and industry partners at a leading global entertainment company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Coordinate event logistics with vendors and internal teams
- Manage RSVPs, guest lists, and event invitations
- Serve as point of contact at on-site and virtual events
- Maintain events calendar and provide real-time updates
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years experience in event planning/management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

- Experience in creative/entertainment industry
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Keynote
