You'll support the Vice President of Events in planning and executing onsite, offsite, and virtual events. You'll coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and track budgets for high-profile entertainment events. This role offers exposure to top talent and industry partners at a leading global entertainment company.

  • Coordinate event logistics with vendors and internal teams
  • Manage RSVPs, guest lists, and event invitations
  • Serve as point of contact at on-site and virtual events
  • Maintain events calendar and provide real-time updates

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in event planning/management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in creative/entertainment industry
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Keynote
