💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and provide restorative occupational therapy for seniors as part of an interdisciplinary team at WelbeHealth. Your work maximizes participant independence and safety while building long-term relationships. This role offers lower patient volumes and better work-life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments in facility and occasionally in home
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans
• Provide training and guidance to Therapy Assistants for FMPs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License or proof of eligibility
• CPR and First Aid certification obtained within 180 days of hire

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in occupational therapy
• Two years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience
