💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end conference and event logistics, build a partner program with consultants and advisors, and co-create memorable activations at industry events. You'll sharpen a strong foundation and build new referral and co-marketing motions from scratch. This role combines operational rigor with creative relationship-building in a space where relationships matter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for conferences and events
• Attend select events as the face of Opus
• Identify and activate L&D consultants as referral partners
• Own outreach and relationship management across partner ecosystem
• Co-create activations like dinners, breakfasts, and webinars

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in field sales, SDR, or fundraising
• Evidence of building something relational from scratch
• Operational rigor with strong follow-up and detail orientation
• Creative taste for memorable event activations

• Background in L&D, restaurant, hospitality, or franchise
• Experience attending or staffing industry conferences
• Familiarity with tools like Luma/Zoom, Notion, and CRM
