🎯 What You'll Do

• Help build and launch Fig’s next generation of financial products
• Shape product strategy, launch plans, and operational models
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across internal teams and external partners
• Design customer journeys, processes, and launch frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and launching new products from idea to scaling
• Product and operational judgment in complex environments
• Experience in fintech, lending, or other regulated industries
• Track record of driving ambiguous, cross-functional work
