💼 About This Role

You'll lead the supplier-facing supply chain function, ensuring supplier readiness and execution across all programs. Your core impact is preventing downstream disruption by driving supplier alignment, risk management, and recovery. This role partners with Procurement, Engineering, and Program Management to deliver critical supplier performance that supports schedule and financial outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead supplier integration and performance across all programs and commodities.
• Own supplier risk management framework and drive escalation and recovery.
• Ensure suppliers deliver product and technical/certification data on schedule.
• Partner with Procurement on supplier strategy and sourcing decisions.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and develop the SIP team.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in supply chain or supplier management in aerospace or complex manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business).
• Proven experience with critical suppliers and complex assemblies in design-to-order environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.
