💼 About This Role

You'll lead and evolve Fivetran's implementation and advisory function across EMEA, driving operational excellence and AI-led transformation. You'll own end-to-end delivery, ensuring customers realize value quickly and at scale. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, commercial impact, and strategic transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end accountability for Delivery Services, including scoping and budget
• Drive operational rigour, utilization, and resource efficiency
• Proactively manage risks, remove blockers, and act as escalation point
• Lead innovation and embed AI into delivery operations

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading onboarding, solution architect, or professional services teams
• Track record of improving function operations and making measurable improvements
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to work with Sales to shape deals
• Clear interest and capability in applying AI to improve internal efficiency and customer delivery
