You will manage accounts payable for Anduril Industries' Australia operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation, while also contributing to broader accounting tasks like bank reconciliations, GST returns, and month-end close. This role offers growth into wider finance areas as the business expands.

Requirements

• 2+ years in transactional accounting role in fast-paced environment
• Experience in global organizational structure
• Pursuing or holding CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (Oracle Fusion preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding and authorization
• Ensure timely and accurate payment disbursements
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support AP technology implementation and optimization (Oracle Fusion, automation tools)
• Analyze AP aging and vendor spend for management insights
