💼 About This Role

You'll develop and implement case plans for residents with complex needs in a supportive housing model. You'll collaborate with partner agencies to sustain tenancies and enable recovery. This role offers 24/7 onsite support in a trauma-informed care environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop long-term case plans with residents
• Build positive relationships using flexible engagement strategies
• Work with Unison Housing to address tenancy issues
• Advocate for residents in legal and housing matters

📋 Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in human services or social work
• Experience delivering support services to residents with complex needs
• Understanding of housing and homelessness policy and systems
• Valid Victorian driver's licence
