💼 About This Role

You'll join our in-house legal team to support global scaling at a high-growth AI company. You'll partner with GTM teams and founders, negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements and providing commercially focused legal support that enables deal momentum and confident decision-making. This role offers the chance to contribute to a modern, high-impact legal function in a category-defining AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and review enterprise SaaS customer agreements including MSAs and DPAs
• Provide fast, pragmatic, risk-aware legal guidance to support deal velocity
• Assist with privacy, data protection, and security matters across customers and vendors
• Contribute to sub-processor contracting and compliance requirements

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years PQE from a strong commercial law firm or in-house environment
• Hands-on experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements including MSAs and DPAs
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance speed with risk management
