💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Provider Network Operations team at Maple, a fast-growing health tech company. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage provider supply and engagement, and drive operational efficiency across workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Provider Network Operations team.
• Oversee day-to-day provider network operations for regulatory compliance.
• Manage provider supply and engagement to maintain a balanced network.
• Drive operational efficiency across workflows and productivity.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, supply/network operations, or two-sided marketplace.
• 3+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of customer/end-user experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
