You'll be the primary point of contact for guests at The Novo, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. You'll answer questions, resolve complaints, and assist with entry and seating. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to key areas
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event entry
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption
• Seat guests and assist ADA patrons

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods

• Previous experience in events
• Knowledge of the music industry
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
