You'll provide delightful benefits support to employees and clients across APAC region as part of the EOR Operations team. Your work directly influences the customer journey and employee experience with their benefits in over 90 countries. This is a fully remote role at a company building the best-in-class HR platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support for benefits plans attributes, enrollment, invoicing
• Process and resolve tickets and escalations in Zendesk
• Execute data-related tasks with precision
• Define and execute Standard Operating Procedures

📋 Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations or Employee Benefits
• Obsessed with providing excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English
