Description

Take the lead on stormwater infrastructure maintenance, directing a small crew on commercial properties. You'll operate equipment, enforce safety, and travel regionally, all while contributing to local water quality initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years manual labor experience, outdoor experience preferred
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10 days/month)
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct landscaping and routine maintenance of stormwater infrastructure
• Lead a crew of 2-4 members, enforcing safety regulations
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction
• Operate landscaping and construction equipment; maintain equipment trailer
• Prepare reports and document work using proprietary systems
