Description
You will lead global market access and pricing strategies for NSCLC assets, defining value narratives and ensuring optimal reimbursement across key markets. This role collaborates with HEOR, Medical, and regional teams to shape clinical development, prepare HTA submissions, and drive launch readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in global market access and pricing in oncology, preferably NSCLC
- Deep knowledge of HTA processes and payer evidence requirements across major markets
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to shape clinical development from an access perspective
- Experience in launch readiness and payer negotiation
Responsibilities
- Define global pricing and reimbursement strategies including net price corridors and launch sequencing
- Develop Global Value Dossier and payer negotiation materials
- Integrate market access considerations into clinical development plans and TPPs
- Lead global payer research and HTA engagement with key bodies (e.g., NICE, G-BA)
- Build cross-functional partnerships with Medical, HEOR, Regulatory, and Clinical teams
