You'll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving product adoption and revenue growth through data-driven success plans. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences and unlock strategic value for key accounts.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage enterprise client portfolio from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including executive leadership
- Develop and execute data-driven success plans aligned with customer objectives
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise customer success or account management experience
- Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and drive growth
- Fluency in French and English (additional European languages a plus)
- Understanding of digital analytics and data-driven decision-making
