💼 About This Role

You'll act as the product manager of our global People technology ecosystem, bridging gaps between People, Finance, and IT teams. You'll ensure seamless data flow across Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, and other tools to keep our systems scalable and secure. This role offers the chance to own the entire People stack with a product mindset in a remote-first, fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead configuration and administration of Workday and syncs with Greenhouse, Lattice, Checkr, Slack
• Conduct user interviews to find pain points and drive adoption rates
• Design workflows to reduce escalation and increase self-service
• Manage Jira service management queue for People Systems
• Partner with IT to build and monitor integrations (EIBs, Studio, iPaaS)

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on People Systems/HRIS experience
• 3+ years of deep Workday configuration (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Security)
• Experience owning projects end-to-end and setting documentation standards
• Experience administering tools for Talent Acquisition, Performance/Engagement, and Ticketing

• Workday Pro Certifications (Core HCM, Security, Advanced Compensation, Reporting)
• Experience with Workday Extend and/or Prism Analytics
• Familiarity with Slack integrations/Workflow Builder
