Description

You will lead a multi-location payroll department, managing a team of two Payroll Analysts to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient global payroll processing. Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to optimize systems and processes.

Requirements

BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
10-12+ years payroll experience, 5+ years leadership
Experience with payrolls over 750 employees
Multi-state and global payroll experience including Germany
Power user level with payroll automation tools (Workday, OSV, Cloudpay a plus)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of two Payroll Analysts
Oversee global payroll processing, reconciliation, and compliance
Serve as main compliance point of contact for US and international payroll
Manage payroll-related audit requests and filings
Drive process optimization and system implementations
