Requirements

  • 2+ years in Enablement, Learning Development, or Sales Coaching in Fintech
  • 2+ years in B2B Sales (Account Executive or similar closing role)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Agile and adaptable to changing environments
  • Certified in one or more sales methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Coach revenue team on sales methodology and best practices
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions in live, hybrid, or remote environments
  • Design and deliver learning programs that scale to large audiences
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, and Revenue Operations on training materials
  • Evaluate program impact using Kirkpatrick Model
