Requirements
- 2+ years in Enablement, Learning Development, or Sales Coaching in Fintech
- 2+ years in B2B Sales (Account Executive or similar closing role)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile and adaptable to changing environments
- Certified in one or more sales methodologies
Responsibilities
- Coach revenue team on sales methodology and best practices
- Facilitate engaging training sessions in live, hybrid, or remote environments
- Design and deliver learning programs that scale to large audiences
- Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, and Revenue Operations on training materials
- Evaluate program impact using Kirkpatrick Model
