You'll own the AI product vision and roadmap for Back Market's refurbished tech marketplace, working with data scientists and ML engineers. You'll build innovative AI features like an AI Shopping Assistant and accelerate AI adoption across the company. This role offers high autonomy and visibility in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct discovery with customers and refurbishers to identify pain points
• Drive development and launch of high-impact AI features
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers on priorities
• Lead company-wide AI adoption initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with a focus on data science
• Demonstrated success launching high-impact features
• Strong expertise as an AI/Data Science product manager
• Proficient in SQL and Tableau

• Experience with AI productivity platforms like Dust
• Familiarity with fraud detection or security domains
