💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global financial close and reporting cycles for a complex, PE-backed international business. You'll own the full accounting organization, driving transformation, system optimization, and compliance across multi-region teams. This role offers high impact at the center of a global finance transformation initiative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global financial close across monthly, quarterly, annual cycles
• Lead preparation of executive, lender, and external reporting packages
• Oversee technical accounting including ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Drive process transformation, system optimization, and automation initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years progressive accounting experience including Big 4
• Proven experience in PE-backed environments with lender reporting
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition across multi-product businesses
• Experience with RevPro and NetSuite revenue and ERP systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, subscription, licensing, services-based revenue models
• CPA certification strongly preferred
• Experience managing global accounting teams across multiple geographies
