💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Oakton, VA. You'll assist clients in attaining optimal physical well-being through treatment and education. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the support of a caring team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments as delegated by a licensed PT
• Conduct patient assessments and document progress
• Educate clients and families on home exercise programs
• Collaborate with the care team to adjust treatment plans

📋 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in Virginia as a PTA
• Graduation from a two-year college PTA program approved by APTA
• At least one year of work experience under a qualified PT
