💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, high-impact platform team building and scaling cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. You'll own the full lifecycle from architecture to delivery and operations, improving system reliability and developer experience. This is a hands-on role in a remote-first, genuinely supportive community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage AWS infrastructure for scalability and cost efficiency
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
• Build and manage Kubernetes (EKS) workloads

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS compute, networking, and serverless
• Proven CI/CD pipeline experience with GitLab
• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling Kubernetes clusters at larger scale
• Exposure to multi-account AWS environments and cross-account IAM roles
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL (RDS) or ClickHouse
