🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing and supplier management for avionics components
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies including supplier selection
• Partner cross-functionally to influence design for manufacturability
• Drive supplier performance through risk management and negotiations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain or procurement
• Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or manufacturing commodities
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like LN, SAP, or Oracle

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing avionics commodities in aerospace
• Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards
• Supply chain experience in new product introduction
