You will provide visionary technical leadership to a team of data scientists and AI engineers, driving the end-to-end development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions for national security clients. Your primary focus is designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI systems that transform proprietary and commercial data into mission-critical insights, enabling faster and more informed acquisition decisions.

Requirements

• AI expert with strong command of data science fundamentals
• Proven ability to bring data-driven solutions to life within the defense ecosystem
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for translating complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Independent, driven problem-solver with a passion for rapid prototyping and deployment
• Experience designing and deploying Agentic AI systems for deep research and knowledge retrieval

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop the 'Ark Brain' multi-modal intelligent agent system for knowledge retrieval and deep research
• Define multi-year technical roadmap for AI initiatives, turning business challenges into scalable research and product goals
• Mentor senior engineers and build high-performing teams delivering state-of-the-art results
• Drive consensus across DS, AI, Product, and Engineering teams for technically sound and responsible AI deployments
• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
