You'll lead creator partnerships for a fast-growing fintech platform, executing influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. - Identify and vet creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee campaign timelines.
- Track performance and optimize partnerships based on engagement and conversion insights.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.
- Proven track record managing influencer campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and short-form content trends.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing relationships end-to-end.
