You'll join an award-winning support team at Sigma, helping customers solve technical and data challenges using the Sigma platform. You'll diagnose complex issues in real-time via live chat and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams. This role offers the opportunity to improve automation and tooling while working with cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in real-time via live chat
- Work as support on-call, handling high-severity incidents with end-to-end ownership
- Collaborate with development team to develop best practices and diagnostic tools
- Participate in quarterly projects to improve automation, tooling, and processes
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a cloud/SaaS provider
- Advanced SQL proficiency including window functions, UDFs, and complex joins
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
โจ Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and network troubleshooting
- Frontend development experience (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Exposure to workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Retool, or internal tooling)
