You'll lead growth experiments and improve the customer lifecycle for a B2B SaaS product serving over 10,000 companies. You'll work with go-to-market teams to drive customer acquisition and expansion. This is an opportunity to be the first growth engineer at an early-stage, Y Combinator-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and improve the entire customer lifecycle from first interaction to ongoing usage
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to accelerate projects via software
• Run data-driven experiments, analyze results, and implement decisions
• Set long-term roadmap and build experimentation methodologies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a full stack engineer
• 3+ years experience working on data or growth engineering
• Experience with SQL and analytics tools like Posthog or Amplitude
• Self-directed and comfortable leading projects
