๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the integrity of ARR metrics that inform executive and Board-level decisions at Motive. You'll shape revenue policy, processes, and tooling in a fast-growing SaaS environment, gaining broad visibility across Finance, Sales, and Systems.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Govern ARR recognition policy for SaaS and services portfolio.
- Drive timely, accurate closes and reporting of ARR.
- Act as primary ARR subject-matter expert for Sales, Deal Desk, and FP&A.
- Assist in revenue close and auditor reviews.
๐ Requirements
- 6โ10 years of combined experience in Revenue Accounting or Revenue Operations for SaaS.
- Detailed knowledge of ASC 606 for software and SaaS revenue recognition.
- Experience with ARR reporting is preferred.
- Proven ability to trace data lineage across CRM, billing, and data warehouse.
โจ Nice to Have
- Public accounting experience, CPA preferred.
- Experience using Netsuite, Salesforce, and RevPro.
- Knowledge of SQL and tools like Snowflake.
