💼 About This Role

You'll own the economic performance of Moonfare's Luxembourg fund vehicles with binding investment decision-making authority. Your core impact is maximizing net returns to investors by optimizing fund structures, costs, and liquidity. This role combines fiduciary discipline with the ability to move fast in private markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize cost base of Luxembourg fund vehicles to improve net returns
• Manage liquidity actively to reduce cash drag across the fund range
• Own performance spread between funds and underlying opportunities
• Exercise binding investment decision-making authority for sub-threshold AIFM

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Private Equity fund management, secondaries, fund-of-funds, or Big 4 Transaction Services
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Law
• Fluent in fund waterfall mechanics, equalisation, capital call logic, NAV economics
• Deep working knowledge of Luxembourg fund vehicles (SCSp, RAIF, SIF, SCS) and AIFMD
