- Own success of business customers of various sizes
- Engage in day-to-day communications to maximize business value
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in assigned portfolio
- Manage customer agreements, renewals, and at-risk accounts

- Several years leading customer engagements with proven results
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Data-driven approach to sales with experience using sales tools
