💼 About This Role

You'll lead a mixed-age infant classroom (ages 0–3) in a Montessori environment designed to support independence and discovery. You'll prepare the classroom and observe each child to provide individualized care. You'll partner with parents to support each child's growth.

• Observe each child to understand and support their development
• Respect and follow each child's natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, toileting
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly environment
• Build warm, meaningful relationships with children and families
• Lead and collaborate with classroom team members

📋 Requirements

• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification through sponsored training
• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting
• Alignment with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree (any field)
