You'll lead end-user support and IT operations for JSSI, a leader in business aviation maintenance. You'll ensure system reliability and security across a 6,500+ aircraft platform. This role offers ownership of tier 3 support and project leadership opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve tier 1โ3 support requests and log in ticketing system
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations and network devices
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning
- Provide after-hours on-call support as required
๐ Requirements
- 4 years of end-user support in corporate environment
- B.S. in Information Systems, CS, or related field
- 2 years with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Active Directory
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience

- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator certification
- A+ certification
- CCNA certification
