You'll lead end-user support and IT operations for JSSI, a leader in business aviation maintenance. You'll ensure system reliability and security across a 6,500+ aircraft platform. This role offers ownership of tier 3 support and project leadership opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve tier 1โ€“3 support requests and log in ticketing system
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations and network devices
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning
  • Provide after-hours on-call support as required

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4 years of end-user support in corporate environment
  • B.S. in Information Systems, CS, or related field
  • 2 years with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Active Directory
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience

  • Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator certification
  • A+ certification
  • CCNA certification
