Description

You'll lead revenue growth in Boston by acquiring new independent coffee shop customers and expanding existing accounts. You'll leverage data to build relationships, onboard businesses to Odeko's platform, and collaborate with operations to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 2+ years sales/account management/business development experience
• Experience closing sales and building client relationships
• Self-directed and adaptable to changing environment
• Pipeline management to meet revenue targets
• Passion for coffee and small business

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goals through acquisition and account growth
• Onboard new coffee shop customers to Odeko's supply delivery service
• Develop client relationships using data-driven prospect database
• Manage customer relationships post-sale with focus on retention and expansion
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams on customer needs
