You'll design and build scalable backend services for Cyara's CX assurance platform. Your work will directly impact customer experience testing for hundreds of global brands, ensuring AI-powered interactions are reliable and secure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain high-performance backend services using C# and .NET
• Optimize multithreaded and parallel processing systems for scalability
• Integrate event-driven systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ for real-time data
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior engineers

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in C# and .NET framework
• Strong experience with microservices architecture
• Advanced skills in multithreading and parallel processing
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services like Fargate, S3, RDS

• Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Buildkite or Jenkins
• Familiarity with event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
