You'll build and nurture relationships across 150+ mid-market customers, driving retention and expansion. You'll own retention, adoption, and growth within your book of business, leading Executive Business Reviews to identify opportunities. You'll collaborate across teams to shape Ramp's product roadmap and customer communication strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B account management or sales experience
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs for growth opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic sales tools and metrics

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Financial services sales experience
