💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team to provide maintenance and repair on a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, working with the newest fleet in the industry. Your impact will be using technology to diagnose issues faster and assisting in training lower-level technicians. This role offers year-round OEM training and a people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Use technology to create and monitor work orders.
• Assist in training lower level technicians.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed.

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with schematics understanding.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.
• OSHA knowledge preferred.
