Description
You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the Tablo Hemodialysis System in hospitals, clinics, and patient homes. You'll work closely with clinical staff and patients, document service activities, and provide feedback to R&D for product improvement.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Fluidics preferred
- 5+ years field service experience
- Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluidics components
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to travel extensively within US including overnight stays
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations and upgrades
- Serve as technical subject matter expert on Tablo product
- Deliver first and second level technical support including after-hours coverage
- Document service activities and manage parts inventory in ERP system
